    I’ve made the Spinach Salad with Pear,Gorganzola, and Spiced Walnuts and braised brussell sprouts but have you tried the brussel sprouts with Golden raisen and pancetta?

    I have not tried the brussels sprouts with golden raisen and pancetta. Do you just mix everything with oil and roast?

    Actually, my sister in law made the cider braised brussel sprout recipe for Thanksgiving but added pancetta and it was fantastic! I love the idea of adding the raisins to balance the acidity of the vinegar. Great call!
