Zesty Lemon Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 pound confectionery sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Just blend it all together.  Add enough lemon juice to get the right consistency for icing cookies.
