INGREDIENTS:
8 cups water
1 pack Smith & Truslow Chai Tea
Spice Blend
1/2" fresh ginger root, sliced thinly
2 Tablespoon Darjeeling tea
Milk and sweetener (honey, sugar,
or agave nectar) to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Bring water with ginger and Chai Tea Spice Blend to boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Add tea and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and steep for 5 more minutes. Strain through a fine sieve. Add milk and sweetener to taste.
