INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Smith & Truslow
Ginger Mustard Spice Blend
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk together olive oil, white wine, vinegar, and Smith & Truslow Ginger Mustard Blend. Place chicken and marinade in air-tight plastic bag and massage. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. (We like to marinate over night.)
Grill (or bake at 350F) until done.
