Roasted Rosemary Potatoes Recipe Card

Makes 4-5 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1-1/2 lbs red bliss potatoes (8-9),
each cut into 6 wedges

1-1/2 Tablespoons grape seed oil
or olive oil

1-3/4 Tablespoons Smith & Truslow
Rosemary·Garlic Spice Blend

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss wedges in oil. Mix Rosemary·Garlic Spice Blend with potatoes. Roast for 15-25 minutes turning after the first 10 minutes.
