INGREDIENTS:
2 6-oz salmon steaks
1 Tablespoon Smith & Truslow
Lemon·Anise Spice Blend
1 Tablespoon grape seed oil
or olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Drizzle oil on fish. Coat with Lemon·Anise Spice Blend. Let sit for 20 minutes. Grill on medium high heat until done. (Place a dab of butter on top of fish as it finishes cooking to keep fish moist and flavorful.)
