INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts
3-1/2 teaspoons Smith & Truslow
Coriander·Cumin Spice Blend
For Glaze:
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon butter
1 beaten egg yolk
DIRECTIONS:
Rub oil and Coriander·Cumin Spice Blend on chicken, working it in to cover all surfaces. Let sit for 30 minutes. Grill on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Glaze:
Boil orange juice until reduced by half. Reduce heat and add butter, balsamic vinegar and egg yolk. Stir while cooking until sauce thickens. Drizzle over sliced chicken breast.
