INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lbs sweet potatoes (4-5),
each cut into 6 wedges
1-1/2 Tablespoons grape seed oil
or olive oil
1-3/4 teaspoons Smith & Truslow
Coriander·Fennel Spice Blend
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Toss wedges with oil. Mix Coriander·Fennel Spice Blend with potatoes.
Roast for 20-30 minutes, turning after the first 15 minutes.
