- 2 cans chickpeas rinsed, 15 oz each
- 3/4 tsp organic minced garlic
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 6 tbsp hot sauce* to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly-squeezed
- 1 1/2 tsp organic smoked paprika
- 1 tsp organic ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp organic ground black pepper
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until combined. Taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and serve with fresh veggies, or pita chips.
